Farewell Zealandia.
Client: Te Manawa Museums Trust
Project: Farewell Zealandia: Forgotten Kiwi Songs Of WW1 is an Exhibition I developed with Tony Rasmussen of Te Manawa. The Exhibition features 20 Kiwi songs from WW1 and tells the stories of the writers
Balls, Bullets & Boots.
Client: New Zealand Rugby Museum
Project: Balls, Bullets & Boots, from rugby field to battlefield’ is a WW1 commemorative interactive, multimedia-based exhibition.
The Big Green RIG.
Client: Manawatu Regional Council.
Project: Touring Environmental Interactive Classroom. (20m truck and trailer). The “RIG” is jammed packed with screen based interactives and exciting activities that bring education to a new level of engagement. The 6m giant orange inflatable dome connected to the 3m push-out entrance demands interest and attention.
TreadLightly Caravan.

Client: The Eco-Living Trust
Project: Design a similar concept as the Green Rig scaled down to fit into a caravan.
3D design software became very useful in this project as I was able to produce models that enabled the client to walk through the proposed space and view from many angles.
Awapuni Sustainable Development Centre.

Client: Palmerston North City Council
Project: Engage, inform and enable.
Awapuni Sustainable Development Centre is a Resource Recovery park. I worked with TBL and educators to produce educational materials that engage inform and enable positive action.
I also designed and developed the brand, “Going Greener…cause we’ve only got one planet”.

Client: Palmerston North City Council and TBL
Project: Working with consultants TBL we developed a graphic exhibition looking at sustainable villages using close trade systems, inside a green belt (to prevent urban sprawl) with a plan of building up to a sustainable city.

Project: The Story of Recycling.
What can be recycled?
This question is answered graphically with a photo-frieze of recyclables around the walls of the classroom at the Awapuni Resource Recovery Park.
Picture our Environment.

Client: Horizons Regional Council.
Project: Lead designer and production manager for this innovative touring public consultation interactive exhibition. Horizons Regional Council wanted to move away from typical “tick the box” consultation forms, and really engage with the regional public about resource planning issues.
“80 years celebration”. A photographic exhibition.
Client: Palmerston North Public Library.
Project: Using the archive photographs I built an installation looking at Palmerston North from 80 years ago.
The building itself was wrapped in a giant red bow …”the Library’s gift to the city”.

Project: A wide-ranging position that involved all aspects of exhibition design and concept development (in-house and travelling), budget control, project and team management, design of promotional material, exhibit prototyping, production and installation management, and audience evaluation.
